Mr. V.M. Ramalingam

Mr. V.M. Ramalingam has 36 years of managerial experience in various organizations. A professional member of Indian society for Applied Behavioral Science (ISABS), he is a qualified behavioural scientist and a facilitator of Human Process Laboratories (T-Group) and also a member on the Central Board of ISABS which is the apex body of the Professionals in the field of Applied Behavioural Science in India. Ram has also worked with the professionals of National Training Laboratory (NTL), USA. He is trained for HRD facilitation, OD interventions and assessment (Development) center in organizations.
He has successfully completed the program in USA with Otto Krueger’s for qualifying in MBTI. He is also licensed by consulting psychologist the owners of the Intellectual Property Rights of MBTI, FIRO-B, EFT and GZAS etc., He is also a member of Association of Psychological Types (APT), USA.

Mr. M.S. Vadiraja

Vadiraja M.S. with over 10 years of hands on experience in Punjab National Bank in the area of International Trade, HR and training preceded by a stint in manufacturing units of Hindustan Lever Ltd, Taloja, Mumbai for nearly 3 years. He also worked in ING Vysya Bank for 10 years in helping put them the process of appraisal, 360 degrees and Development Centre work.
He also holds a degree in Journalism from London School of Journalism and writes regularly in newspapers and magazines. Has published books on various topics and acted as consultant in HR and Training for BPOs and corporates.
His area of specialization includes, Leadership Development, Communication and Presentation Skills, Team Building, Coaching and Counseling, Supervisory Skill Development etc.He also specializes in implementing on a turnkey basis, HR Policies, Procedures for companies


Mr. Sridhar Deshmukh

Sridhar Deshmukh is a Himalayan Master. Having trained corporate and companies in the area of behavioral sciences, stress Management, Yoga & other related area; he is now engaged in training the trainer’s programmes in various countries like, USA, Sri Lanka.
The methodology adopted by Sridhar is unique. Realizing that in today’s times, busy executives do not have much time to spare for activities to revitalize, Sridhar has come out with unique training methodology whereby, an executive has to just invest a few minutes a day to achieve long term benefits- relief from stress and strain.

Mr. Y.G. Muralidharan

Y,G. Muralidharan is a well known consumer activist and a media person writing in main stream. Media/News papers. Has been involved in RTI campaign for the past four years. He has been imparting training not only for NGOs, but also government departmental officials. He is also the founder trustee of a consumer advocacy group called Consumer Rights Education and Awareness Trust (CREAT).
Mr. Muralidharan holds a post graduate diploma in Journalism. He has 2000 articles and 12 books to his credit. His book on Right to Information Act in kannada is being released by Nava Karnataka Publications.

He is presently Vice-Chairman-Legal – Tax Committee – Federation of Chamber of Commerce, Karnataka. He has also presented papers in various seminars and has conducted over 100 workshops.
